个人简介

复旦大学教授,曾任上海期智研究院PI。

浙江大学学士(1989年)、中科院物理所硕士(1992年)、德国马普微结构物理所博士(1996年),原美国橡树岭国家实验室高级研究员(1998-2010)、田纳西大学兼职教授。2010年全职受聘国家千人计划特聘教授、复旦大学“浩清”讲席教授。2010-2020年任复旦大学物理系主任。现任复旦大学微纳电子器件与量子计算机研究院院长、应用表面物理国家重点实验室主任、微纳加工实验室主任,中国物理学会磁学分委会主任。

迄今在国际SCI杂志上发表学术论文逾百篇,在包括APS、MRS、AVS、MMM、Intermag、MML等重大国际会议上做邀请报告百余次,参与组织国际会议30余次,并担任2012年在温哥华举行的国际应用磁学大会(Intermag)主席,2021年将在上海举行的国际磁学大会(ICM)主席。

低维磁性及自旋输运的实验研究

亮点成果

成果:自旋输运的高空间分辨表征和类脑器件应用

       实现高效率自旋输运是自旋电子学的核心问题,对磁存储、自旋传感和逻辑计算等方向的发展至关重要。多年来,对于自旋输运的高空间分辨表征是阻碍其在基础物理和器件应用领域进一步发展的最大瓶颈之一。沈健团队从原理上突破,设计并建成了具备超高空间(原子尺度)分辨的自旋极化电流显微镜系统,该系统不仅能够对自旋极化电流进行原子尺度分辨,还能对单自旋完成超高时间分辨(飞秒尺度)。发展的核心技术包括无液氦消耗的扫描隧道显微技术、磁交换力显微成像、器件运行下自旋极化电流的空间分布测量等等。在这些技术的支持下,团队在磁性关联氧化物薄膜的自旋态的空间分辨和调控、磁性拓扑材料的自旋极化边界态电流成像和测量、以及自旋量子效应的非线性输运测量等方面取得了一系列重要的成果。在此基础上,沈健团队进一步发展了新型自旋输运器件,例如,首次解决了人工自旋冰体系的自旋输运测量这一长期难题,并成功实现了基于人工自旋冰的储备池类脑计算器件,为自旋类脑领域的发展提供了新的契机。团队研发的仪器系统已实现商业化,被国内15家单位购置;系列科研成果发表于Nat. Nano., Nat. Commun., Rev. Sci. Instrum.等杂志,受到领域内广泛的关注。
